Born December 21, 1977 in McCandless Twp., he was the son of John (Karen) Kwiatek and Patricia Gusdonevic.
Matthew was an avid sports fan, he especially loved and supported Pittsburgh sports teams. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting with his dad. He cherished his many friends. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his parents, John (Karen) Kwiatek and Patricia Gusdonevic; his son, Caden Kaper; his sister, Jennifer Kwiatek; his step-brothers, Mathew McConahy and Lucas (Jenie) McConahy; his nieces and nephews, Caitlyn Kwiatek, Colton Adams, and Dylan and Adeline McConahy; as well as his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Arrangements were entrusted to Boylan Funeral Home, Inc., 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, PA 16063.
