Matthew J. Labrozzi, 64 of Erie, died unexpectedly at his home on June 26, 2025. He was born in Erie on February 22, 1961, the son of the late Joseph and Norma Labrozzi.
Matt was a 1979 graduate of Tech Memorial High School. He loved cats and literally anything to do with trains. He could often be found watching train videos or sitting by the tracks watching them pass by. He was also fond of model railroading.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Labrozzi, Jr., sister, Cleo Simon, along with favorite uncle, Eddie Joint Sr.
Survivors include his twin brother, Mark (Toni) Labrozzi of Greenville, Texas and big brother, Allen (Patty) Labrozzi of Waterford, who was greatly responsible for Matt's care in his later years; as well as nephews, John Simon and Joseph Labrozzi, Jr.; and niece, Lisa Labrozzi-Scarantino.
