My sweet Onvest. Loved to call him that. Was such a unique name and he would just roll his eyes. I worked with Matt for 18 years. He was like a brother to me. I seen him at his worst and was so blessed to see him at his best. Matt was such an amazing man. One of the hardest working people I have ever met. He had such OCD he was a cleaning machine, and don't you dare mess it up. He said he learned that from his Momma. Matt was kind and empathetic. He loved sports and would talk to me about the next ice age all the time, it drove me crazy lol. He loved to pick on me for some reason I am sure for my "oh shut up Matt" lol Matt and I had a wonderful friendship. Would do anything for him and he would do the same. He loved his girls. His daughter was his favorite topic. He was so proud of her. His eyes beamed recalling her wedding day and dancing with her. Cyndi the love of his life was his other favorite topic. He was so nervous to propose and so excited to finally be getting married. His Mother and his sister he spoke with so much love all the time. He spoke of his nephews, and Cyndi's children were his children and also grandchildren. He loved babies! Here is this giant man that was the biggest tender loving person, he was raised right! Boy did he love his Dad. I hope he was the first person he seen entering Heaven. Lets not forget those precious dogs. So funny to see him become a dog dad. He loved them to pieces. Our work family will never recover from this loss. We lost not only a friend but family. He was so beloved by everyone at TTS. I am so heartbroken for all that loved him. It was such a blessing to love and know him. I am so very sorry that you all are dealing with this loss, and I will be praying for all of your broken hearts. I am here if you all need anything at all.
With much love
