Matthew Richardson Obituary

Published by Legacy on Nov. 19, 2025.
Matthew Phillip Richardson was born on September 13, 1992. He was taken from us suddenly and much too soon on July 27, 2025.
He was a loving son and only child of Jennifer and Billy Richardson of Sapulpa. Words cannot express their sorrow and loss.
He will be sorely missed by his Aunt Anna & Uncle Joe and his cousins Amber, Ashley, and Rita, as well as many other family members on his dad's side.
He was a loving, thoughtful, helpful and strong grandson to Dee and Sonny Conway, his maternal grandparents, a loving nephew to Susan Hyde, and cousin to Stacy Fowler and Danny & Chelsea Fowler; Danny's son Elijah will sorely miss Matt, and Stacy's children and grandchildren Sophia, Shelby and Shelby's two young daughters, Daniella and Selena loved Matt so much and will also miss him dearly.
Matt was considered a nephew by his mother's cousins Aunt Val (&Uncle Raed) and Aunt Julie (&Uncle Corry) who Matt considered aunts, and their children Sarah, Kevin, Chloe, and Zade who considered Matt an uncle, protector and friend. Zade will especially miss Matt, as he looked up to in so many ways.
Matt enjoyed the simple pleasures of life as we all should. He loved his mother's and grandmother's cooking and was a great cook himself, specializing in comfort foods. He enjoyed good music and good times with his posse of friends, a defender of anyone in need of strength, and a willing and able helper whenever asked. He appreciated things that made sense and despised things that didn't.
Our family will deeply miss his presence in the room, his strength, his humor, his helping hands and the unconditional love he gave to all of us. His friendship was something to treasure. We love you, Matt. We will all be so very glad to see you again when we get to Heaven."
