Matthew William Spicker, age 58 of Valparaiso, IN passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022 in Michigan City, IN. He was born on November 15, 1963 in Hammond, IN to Charles Spicker and Antonia "Toni" (Mann) Keilman.
Matthew is survived by his mother, Antonia "Toni" (Glenn) Keilman; daughters, Jessica (Elizabeth) Spicker and Rebeka (Steven) Rummell; son, Matthew C. Spicker; siblings, Michael (Beth) Spicker, Diana (Lenny) Potts and Anthony "Tony" (Lisa) Spicker; granddaughter, Kensington Rummell and many nieces, nephews, cousins, lifelong friends and his M.C. Club. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. Spicker.
Matt lived a fun, happy, fulfilled life. He lived life to the fullest. Matt was very crafty and was good at woodworking and throwing an awesome hog roast. He especially loved his corvette and motorcycles but most of all he loved his family dearly. He was a loyal friend and would help anyone at the drop of a dime. Matt was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, friend, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A Remembrance will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 4:00 pm at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home Portage Chapel, 6941 Central Avenue, Portage, IN 46368. A Memorial Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 4:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Matt's name maybe made to: Toy For Tots at toysfortots.org.
