I have very fond memories of Aunt Maudie, It's unfortunate that I saw her so seldom after moving out of state. I remember her being a very loving and kind woman and she will be missed dearly. All my love.

I will always remember Aunt Maudie as a strong woman who never let anything get her down. Always smiling and full of love for others. I always enjoyed the times her and Grandpa's sisters would come to visit, so many laughs, they were quite a bunch. I'm sorry I never knew Uncle Gaylord, he passed when I was a baby. If he was anything like Grandpa, I know that I would have loved him. Now Aunt Maudie joins Uncle Gaylord, their son Pete, Grandpa and Grandma, and the rest of the Davis bunch in a far better place. I'm sure that heaven is having one big reunion right now, and the Davis crew is having a fun time. We will all miss you Aunt Maudie!!!!

I remember Maudie quite well and on occasion I stopped at her home and visited with her.She indeed was quite the lady. My folks knew her and Aunt Gaylord. My Mom was Rose Vanamberg, and her Aunt Kit (Lettie) was her fathers sister. I often wondered if there were any pictures of Maudie, Aunt Kit and Uncle Chet. My thoughts and my prayers are with all who knew and loved this lovely lady.

I don't have any memories, I didn't even know Great Aunt Maudie but I wish I did. My Mother called this morning to tell me of Maudie's passing, I am deeply sorry, What a wonderful full life she had. I wish I would of known her, I wish I could of heard her stories, I wish she could of told me things about my Grandpa Augustive and their other siblings and parents. I'm sorry I didn't know her, and I'm sorry for the loved ones she left behind. My thoughts will be with you today and tomorrow, and know that I'll always remember that phone call I got from my mother telling me of my Great Aunties passing. All my love

I fondly remember the time I lived in TC, near Aunt Maudie. We had many conversations over supper, played cards, shopped at the Mall and saw a few movies together. It was nice having a family member near by, when I moved so far from home, all those years ago.
God Bless and keep you, Maudie.
Love,
