Maudie Lucille (Wall) Morrow January 31, 1940 – November 6, 2025 Maudie Lucille (Wall) Morrow, age 85, of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed from this life on November 6, 2025, in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She was born on January 31, 1940, in McLoud, Oklahoma, to Ralph Wall and Maria Bucek.
Maudie attended McLoud High School, where she was a proud member of the graduating class of 1958. She later married the love of her life, Roy Morrow, and together they built a life full of love, laughter, and faith.
She worked for many years at Dana Wic Corporation, where her hard work and dedication led her to retire at the top of her company. Outside of work, Maudie enjoyed cross-stitching, embroidery, and playing Skip-Bo and dominoes. She cherished time spent with her family and friends and loved attending church.
Maudie found joy in her favorite televisions shows-In The Heat of the Night, The Price is Right, Wheel of Fortune, Matlock, and Hawaii Five-O-and she especially enjoyed romance movies such as The Notebook and The Stepparents, as well as any film featuring Clint Eastwood or Harrison Ford.
Her family remembers her as goofy, loving, compassionate, long-suffering, strong-willed, energetic, and deeply faithful. She adored her grandchildren and took great joy in being surrounded by loved ones. A devoted member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church, Maudie taught Sunday School for many years. When she was no longer able to travel, she continued worshipping at services held at Autumn House Retirement Home, led by Noah and Mary.
She loved Bluegrass and Gospel music and anything that honored the Lord. Her favorite foods were Chinese and Mexican cuisine, and her favorite restaurant was Happy House in
Moore, Oklahoma. Her family describes her as compassionate, honest, affectionate, trustworthy, loyal, and a natural leader whose happiness came from her family and friends.
Maudie's faith in Jesus Christ guided her throughout her life, and she passed that faith on to her children and grandchildren. Her daughter Denise shared that her mother taught her family that love is more than a word-it's an action.
Maudie is survived by two daughters, Denise Morrow and Diana McCoy; one brother, Bobby Wall; two sisters, Bonnie Mullendore and Becky Wall; and ten grandchildren-Timothy Beck and wife Amber, Matthew Beck and wife Lina, Cheyenne Beck, Sabrina Beck, Haylee Hill, Ryley Hill, Aaliayah Bailey, Octavia Grandstaff, Jodi McCoy, and Rodney McCoy. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren--Blake, Haylee, Ryley, Aaliayah, and Octavia.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy Morrow; two sons, Darrell Beck and Douglas Beck; grandson, Frank McCoy; and two brothers, Bill Wall and John Wall.
Maudie touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
