It is not often that one can meet and become friends with someone as wonderful as Maureen, a person of such goodness and kindness. I miss her so very much.

Maureen was a profound influence in my life. She taught me Chemistry at Marylrose Academy (now Holy Names) in Albany in 1968. We were both members of religious communities for a time and stayed in touch over the years. She was an anchor to my past and a beacon for my present and future. I will miss her. Well done, my friend.

I knew Maureen from my years at Concordia Village. Maureen epitomized for me what a gracious woman is. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a kindness rarely seen. I miss her so very much.
