Dear Carl, Ben, Lauren and family,
I was so saddened and shocked to hear of Maureen's passing. What a wonderful woman she was. I still remember when you guys, as a young family, came to look at 445 Avon. After you purchased it, I remember your mom saying how good the house smelled because my mom had a turkey cooking in the oven! You guys went onto being amazing neighbors and friends to so many on Avon, especially the Nappi's. I don't think my parents could have asked for better people to be the next homeowners of 445. They loved your mom. We all did. May your wonderful memories ease your sorrow in the coming days and weeks. xo
