One simple word describes Col. Lee he was a"Gentleman" through and through. I had the pleasure of working with him as a member of the Fairview Heights Police Pension fund, and observed him work tirelessly to see that our investments were securely and wisely invested. His oversight has allowed those of us now on pensions to enjoy the fruits of his investment wisdom. Thanks, Col Lee
