Maxine Delaney

Mrs. Maxine Delaney was born December 9, 1942 to Eloise and Monroe Brown Sr. in Shelby, Tennessee. She was the second of four children. One brother, Thomas Brown, and one sister Edwina Waston preceded her in death. Maxine was a very active person. She worked at Normandy Hospital as a Physical Tech. She was a sweet and caring person. She departed this life on Friday, August 13, 2010. Maxine leaves to cherish her memory four children: Karen Johnson, Roxanna Delaney (Dennis), Sateck Delaney, Keith Delaney; one brother Monroe Brown of East St. Louis, IL; eleven grandchildren, Sharonda, Micheal, Dontrell, Sterling, Dennis, Ronnell, Aigner, Malcolm, Keisha Rahiem and Deveon; five great grandchildren, Robert Shaneel, Micheal Jr., Malik and Armond, her best friends, Cassandra Smith and Dorothy Brown, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
