Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lighthouse Family Mortuary - Greeley on Apr. 13, 2026.
Maxwell Schultz, 41, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away on April 12, 2026, in Greeley. He was born on March 1, 1985, in Garland, Texas, to Dennis Schultz and Melinda Singletary.

Maxwell attended Rider High School in Wichita Falls, Texas. In his late twenties, he moved to Colorado and quickly made it his home, embracing all that the state had to offer and never looking back.

Maxwell had a true passion for barbecue and took great pride in honing his skills on the grill, always eager to try new techniques and share his creations with those around him. He was also an avid board game enthusiast, with a collection of over 200 games. Some of his most cherished moments were spent playing and laughing with his brother Nolan, often gathering several times a week.

Maxwell is survived by his parents, Dennis Schultz and Melinda (Charles) Singletary; his siblings, Rihana (Nathan) Caldwell, Nolan Schultz, and Gabriella Schultz; his four nephews; grandmothers, Billie J Ward and Edna Schultz, as well as extended family members and many dear friends.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
