Mcor Eishel "Corey" Gradin

I knew Corey from the Durham APS where we volunteered together. She was a shining star among us volunteers as we all worked hard to bring some joy and comfort to dogs desperately in need of hope. Corey brought hope and love to countless pups down on their luck. I will always think of her admiringly.

My daughter became friends with Corey at Durham School of the Arts and would often attend parties and anime conventions together. I would often see Corey at APS of Durham when I was a volunteer there, sitting in the kennels and snuggling with the puppies that were waiting for their forever-homes, and seeing photos on FB of the APS foster dogs she would care for. That's the unselfish person she was. Rest in peace, my friend. The world is less of a place without you. I will always remember your tenacious will to keep fighting.
