Meagan´s birthday is coming up... and it doesn´t seem real that this has happened almost a year ago... my heart still goes out to the family and her daughter.

I remember when we went out to Bermuda together in the summer. We flew United and had a blast. I´ll never forget those two days. Life took us on different paths but I do remember the good times we had Karen.

I didn't know Meagan for that long, but in the time I did get to know her, she was a generous, caring, and empathetic person. She was like a beacon of light and posivity, that brought an energy that lifted everyone around her up. Meagan truly showed me what it meant to be a nurse. She will be missed by all who knew her. My condolences go out to her family in this time.

I didn’t know Meagan for too long but I got to spend a lot of time with her for the first 2 months she started at Lutheran as her preceptor. She was a great nurse and person. I learned so much from her and she helped me grow as a nurse myself. She was so smart and caring and will be so missed. I will never forget our conversations while trying to get through a 12 hour night shift together, and I’m so thankful to have come across such a genuine soul.

My dear sweet niece, my heart is broken. I had such a lovely visit with you and AnnaStella in February. I will always remember your kindness, empathy, exuberance and love of life. You made such a wonderful mother to AnnaStella. I will miss you so much. There are no words to express how deeply you are missed. I will treasure the stories Mike and Melissa told me about the summer visit when you were all kids. I will miss going to Disney World with you and your love of everything Disney. And I will miss how you always made sure AnnaStella had a wonderful time with you. Your relationship with AnnaStella was so special and I loved seeing it evolve. I promise you we will keep your memory alive in AnnaStella and wrap her in your love.
Rest in peace sleeping beauty and I know Poppy is with you up there,
Your loving Aunt Linda

Meagan, Jessy, and Hannah were my closest friends when we attended Kingsway together in middle school, and we´ve stayed in touch. I have too many funny memories to count, Meagan was a light to this world and I am fortunate to have known and loved her! My heart goes out to the entire Spurgeon family.

Meagan, thank you for being such a wonderful example of a beautiful soul. You were always a wonderful mama to your sweet daughter. You always took good care of her. I am so blessed to have known you and I selfishly wish we had more time. I thank our Heavenly Father for you. You will be dearly missed

Meagan was a bright light to the unit she worked on. She was involved and enthusiastic about her position. I only knew her for a small amount of time however, has left a huge impact on me and her team. She had a bright smile and a kind spirit. She always was there to help out her co-workers. My heart breaks for her family and little girl. The positive friendly presence she brought will now leave a void on the unit. She will truly be missed, it is such a shame that such a wonderful person is taken away much too soon. I pray for her little girl and the family.

Meagan and I met during our time in nursing school. She had such a kind, loving spirit. I am glad to have been able to call her a friend. She was very passionate about her work even before becoming a nurse. But more importantly she loved her daughter and always talked about her. She will be missed deeply. My heart breaks for her daughter and her family. Prayers for you all.
