When I heard about Melissa the first thing that came into my mind was her laughter. My heart is so saddened. We shared many a laugh and giggle. I am so sorry. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Melissa. I will miss her laugh, smile, and her friendship. I pray give the Family that she loved peace and comfort.

There are no words that I could say to take away the pain or soften the blow. I hate that I will be unable to attend the visitation, give you a hug and provide some comic relief if needed. I will be keeping you in my thoughts and praying that God keep his hand over you during this time.

I am sad to hear that my childhood friend and classmate has passed on. We used to play together when we were little girls. I remember our playing with a cassette tape recorder when they first came out, recording silly things then pressing rewind to listen and laugh. Speaking of laughter, Melissa sure generated a lot of it! We will all certainly miss her, and that is hard. But many times when we think of her, she will still make us smile and laugh. That's a great gift. She was so smart and so so proud of her smart daughter. Praying for God's peace and comfort for her family.

Jimmy,I am so sorry about your loss. Melissa was a one of a kind woman. She always knew how to make everyone laugh. She was always like a second mom to me growing up in South Carrollton. She will forever be missed by everyone.
