Our prayers are with all of you. She will always be in your heart and watching over you, as she is in the loving arms of the Lord.

Although I went to high school with Missy, we didn't become really close until the past few years. She was my favorite person to see when I came to visit SA and I will miss her dearly. She was a great listener and a great advisor. We laughed a lot, but we also shared some meaningful conversations about kids, life and love. We will keep talking Missy. Oh the fun memories I have of Missy from Nimitz and Lee. One of the best was the Triumph concert and the 3rd row tickets you got us! Then there were the cheerleading and dance team try outs, Monday night dollar nights at the drive-in, so many good times. You made mine and Jeff's day when you showed up to his dad's funeral service this past February......you are a sweet soul my friend! Thank you for the contagious smile. Grew up with Melissa(Missy) as a fellow classmate at Ridgeview/Nimitz before moving to Okla. She and I remained in contact thru the years because she embraced me as a friend for life. She was an amazing, beautiful person, who always made everyone happy with her smile. She will be missed dearly. My thoughts/prayers for her children, father, sisters, and extended family. Heaven has gained another angel. Rest in peace, my dear friend.

I've known Missy since First Grade at Ridgeview Elementary. She was popular, but humble, always smiling, always uplifting, gracious, and kind. She was a true beauty inside and out. May her light continue to shine through those that she touched daily.

San Antonio is a little less bright due to Melissa's smile heading home - she will be missed but knowing she is now lighting up her own little corner in heaven makes me smile
