Evan and Renee and Amber were in the Day Care that I worked at the girls and Evan were all such great children my heart is breaking for your family many prayers for your family.

Somehow I missed knowing this beautiful mother & children. But I´ve cried a thousand tears for your family and I am so sorry for such a loss. She clearly was accomplished and loved her blue streak community. She showed love and kindness and it was evidenced by her amazing children...you raised an incredible soul. I am just forever heartbroken for this tragedy. My family & I send sincere condolences.

Our hearts are broken. We will miss seeing this beautiful family when we come home every summer. Such wonderful kids...a testament to their wonderful mama. Praying for all families in mourning over this tragedy.

I have been so heartbroken and sad for the family since hearing the tragic news. I had the pleasure of seeing Melissa at Board meetings, and engaging with her briefly at other events, and always found her to be kind. Although I only knew Melissa (and baby Renee) for a brief time, she was always kind to me and seemed like a wonderful person and mother. That has been made clear by the outpouring of love by those who knew her best. This tragedy has struck me to my core, as my husband was very close with the Dunham family in his youth, and adulthood. Hoping both families can somehow find peace and comfort someday, and know they are in our thoughts day and night...our hearts breaking for their incredible loss.

Melissa, Renee, Amber, and Evan- you are all angels in heaven with our Lord. God bless your family.

I was Renee´s coach in the Girls on the Run program and I will always remember her as a very kind, thoughtful, and compassionate person. I could always call on her to partner with the extra-shy member of our group- she would do so gracefully. The world is a darker place without her light. Peace to all who knew her.

I didnt know your beautiful daughter or grandchildren but i cannt stop thinking of all you.And my hearts broken for all of you!! Please know how far and wide the care and love goes for all of your family!!

I do not know your family but feel heartbroken for all of you. I am lifting you up in prayer. May you feel His peace that surpasses all understanding.

I remember hanging out with Melissa just this past June at a firm retreat. I recall our 1 on 1 conversations during the breaks and I was just so happy and excited to collaborate with her. She was such a great thinker and positive person to be around, she is greatly missed already. Having worked with her for 15+ years, I will miss her smiles and chit-chat in the office. Rest in Peace; Melissa, Renee, Amber and Evan.
