Sorry to hear about sweet Melissa's passing. I was best friends with her sister throughout high school, and Lissa was like a little sister to me. My sincere condolences to Dan Zunker, who was like a father to me growing up. Wonderful memories made with the Zunker family. I wish I could find pictures to post. RIP little sister.

So sorry to learn of Melissa´s passing. Her mom, Norma Jo, her dad and her sister were long time friends and both Melissa and Norma Jo were TxDOT employees when I worked there. My sympathy and good memories to all of those missing Melissa during this sad time.

Can´t believe after all these years this is the only picture I have of us. I hate we didn´t get together to talk about old times before you passed. I treasure the memories of our childhood there in the big city of Portland, TX! We both loved music so much and I remember you introducing me to Styx. So many great memories.

God bless your family especially your sweet Daddy! Love ya and will see you again one day on the other side.

You were truly a dear friend over the many years we worked together at TxDOT. Thank you your friendship and unconditional love. My thoughts & prayers are with your family. Love, Gertrude
