Melondy's professional life was marked by her role as an Inpatient Clerk at IDP, where she was appreciated by colleagues and patients alike for her compassion, diligence, and bright spirit. To honor and celebrate Melondy's life, a visitation will be held at Gregory B. Levett and Sons Funeral Home - Flat Shoals Location in Decatur, Georgia, on Friday, November 21st, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Family, friends, and all whose lives she touched are welcomed to pay their respects and share in the memories of a life well-lived.
A Celebration of Life service will take place at Cross Culture Church in Stonecrest, Georgia, on Saturday, November 22nd, 2025, at 12:00 pm. This service will be a reflection of Melondy's legacy-a life filled with kindness, faith, and love. Following the service, Melondy will be laid to rest at Hillandale Memorial Gardens in Lithonia, Georgia, at 2:00 pm.
