Melvin LeCroy Obituary
A native of Oconee County, SC, Mr. LeCroy was the son of the late James Franklin LeCroy and Bertha Pearson LeCroy. He worked for M.B. Khan for over 40 years and was a member of Fairview Church of God.
Mr. LeCroy is survived by his son: Yorke LeCroy; daughter: Freda LeCroy Williams; brothers: Larry, Dexter, Roger and Keith LeCroy; and sister: Lib Mowry; eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. LeCroy was preceded in death by his son: Stacy LeCroy; daughter: Trudy LeCroy; and brothers: Edward and James R. "Bob" LeCroy.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Oconee Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM, Tuesday, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home.
Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Fairview Church of God, 8931 Fairview Church Rd, Seneca, SC 29672, or to Lila Doyle, 101 Lila Doyle Dr, Seneca, SC 29672.
The family is at their respective homes.
