Mel was a Great Guy and a Terrific Baseball Player , winning the Mid Michigan Class B Conference Baseball Championship as a Sophomore . He had a Rocket for an arm and caught everything that was hit to him except the one that knocked out his front tooth , even then he kept it in front of him . Our Deepest Sympathy to His Family and Friends .
