Melvin Meilicke Obituary

Most of Mike's working years were spent as a corrugated box salesman for Georgia Pacific. He loved gathering with family and friends. He enjoyed fly fishing, skiing, woodworking and motorhoming. Volunteerism was in his blood whether it be for church (most recently Grace United Methodist church in Wautoma), Crystal Lake Club or local charities.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Eugenia Pope. He is survived by his wife, one daughter Pamela (Gary) Grosshauser, one son Curtis (Jory) Meilicke, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2026.
Memorials can be sent to the Carbone Cancer Center, 600 Highland Ave, Madison, WI 53792, or to a charity of your choice.
