Melvin Wayne Meredith

Melvin Wayne Meredith age 73, of Prices Fork, died, Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Heritage Hall Blacksburg. He was born in Giles County, Virginia, on November 14, 1949. He is preceded in death by his father Jarsh Charles Meredith as well as his special dad Coleman Lee Hilton. He is survived by his wife Joan Graham Meredith; mother Mardell Williams Hilton; son Daryl Wayne and Renee Meredith; brothers Ricky Hilton, Randy Hilton, Darnell Harvey, and Johnny Meredith (Kathy); special friends Ben Whitaker, Tom Long, and Bobby Linkous. A graveside service will be conducted Monday, April 24, 2023, at 11:00 am in the Westview Cemetery, Blacksburg, Virginia with the Rev. Ben Whitaker officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
