Memory Griffin Wright Jr.

Memorial services for Memory Griffin Wright, Jr., 96, of Longview will be held in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 2 P.M. with Reverend Mike Schutz officiating. Private entombment will be at the Memory Park Mausoleum. Mr. Wright passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012 in Longview. Mr. Wright was born in Pine Hill, Texas to Blanche and Memory Griffin Wright, Sr. on December 24, 1915. He was a Post Master in Troup and Marshall, Texas. He graduated from Henderson High School in 1933 and attended North Texas Agriculture College in Arlington. In 1942 he enlisted in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1945. He married Kathryn Spear on February 24, 1943. He is survived by his wife Kathryn Wright; two children Ann LePelley; son Larry Griffin Wright; three grandchildren Jon LePelley and wife Linda, Jeff Lepelley and wife Melanie and Tamara LePelley; two great grandsons Christopher LePelley and Cody Joe LePelley.
