Also surviving Merikay are her three children, Michael (Angel) Roberts of Canton, IL Donovan Roberts of Dayton, OH, and Jeanette (Bob) Dewitt of Quincy, IL; six grandson's; five granddaughter's; four great-grandson's; and two great-granddaughter's.
She was preceded in death by both her parents, and one son, David Roberts.
Merikay worked at the Walmart customer service center for 30 years. In her free time, you could find her enjoying an array of activities; such as fishing, crocheting, sewing, taking care of fish, gardening, or baking.
Cremation Rites will be accorded with Sedgwick Funeral Homes and Crematory in Canton, IL. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. To leave an online condolence you may go to www.sedgwickfuneralhomes.com
