Michael Abee

Michael was born on October 14, 1970 and passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. Michael was a resident of Hickory, North Carolina at the time of passing. Mike was a 1988 graduate of East Burke High School. The funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2018 in the chapel at Bass-Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Faulkenbury officiating. Burial will follow in Hart Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service from 3 - 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his honor to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 207 Regency Executive Park Dr Suite #170, Charlotte, NC 28217 or Winkler's Grove Baptist Church, 3320 9th Ave. Dr., NW, Hickory, NC 28601.
