Michael Agin Obituary
Lexington - Michael Eugene Agin, 70, husband of Sharon Johnson Agin, passed away on November 17, 2022. Michael was born in Mariemont, Ohio on January 14, 1952 to the late Lawrence and Ramona Lair Agin. He retired from Cypress Semiconductor as a technical writer and prior to that, served as a media advisor for the Kentucky Kernal, WRFL radio station, and year book at the University of Kentucky. Survivors include his wife, Sharon; daughter, Jill (Dave) Mayr, of Atlanta, GA; son, Tony (Rachel) Agin, of Ft. Thomas, KY; sister, Karen (Charles) Singleton; grandchildren, Sophia and Charlotte Agin, and Gavin Mayr. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, November 23, 2022, 11am, at Pax Christi Catholic Church. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 9:00am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Kentucky Kernal Press Inc. to award a journalism scholarship in Michael Agin's name and/or GBS/CIDP (Guillian Barre) Foundation International https://www.gbs-cidp.org
