To the Family & Friends of Michael Allan,

I knew Mike years ago when he worked at Geraldine's in West Springfield, while my husband, Larry, played in the house band The Brothers during the late 1980s through mid 1990s. Mike always treated me as a friend, was very kind & protective of me - and one of the hardest working, most skillful bartenders I ever saw. Though I hadn't seen him in a long time since my husband passed, Mike is one of those folks I will never forget as a good buddy - happy memories of happy times. God bless you all and bring you comfort.

Dear Mike, working along side you and Bobby P. at the upper bar of Geraldines, were memorable. In the midst of a frenetic environment, you were always calm and kind. Your smile and warm demeanor stood out to me and to many of the regular patrons. It has been ( Impossible to believe) 20 years since we worked together but your friendship and class has made a lasting impression on me and Edward.
I had no idea of your illness and felt my heart sigh heavily upon hearing of your passing. You are at rest now in a place we are all destined for.
God Bless you as you take your final journey. My prayers go to your loved ones and those who were blessed by your presence in their lives. Ed and I were grateful to have known you. Soar high. Xo
