Michael Christopher Beane, 52, of Campbell, Texas, passed from this life into eternal life on Saturday, September 20, 2025 in Dallas, Texas.

Michael was born on February 17, 1973, in Commerce, Texas, to Billy and Cathy Beane. He married the love of his life, Wanda Starkey, on June 25, 1994, in Commerce, and together they built a life centered on family, faith, and hard work.

A dedicated entrepreneur, Michael proudly owned and operated Greenville Hardware & Glass and Com-Tex Services, where he was known not only for his business intellect but also for his honesty, reliability, and deep-rooted commitment to his community. His passion for serving others extended beyond his work. Michael was a faithful member of Wesley United Methodist Church, where he actively participated in the life and ministry of the congregation.

Michael's greatest pride was his family. He is survived by his devoted wife of 31 years, Wanda Beane; two cherished daughters, Chelsey Rhea Beane and her fiancé Seth Denham, and Cailynn Ruth Beane; loving parents, Billy and Cathy Beane; and treasured in-laws, Tom Starkey Sr. and Cindy Starkey. He also leaves behind his brothers-in-law, Tommy Starkey and wife Nickie, Terry Starkey, and Robert Starkey; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who loved and respected him deeply.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, whose legacy of love and strength helped shape the man he became.

Pallbearers will include Tommy Starkey, Terry Starkey, Robert Starkey, Seth Denham, Richard McHam, Tyler Shepherd, and Jose Garcia.

A celebration of Michael's life will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Wesley United Methodist Church in Greenville, with Rev. Brian Bosworth officiating and Rev. Dr. LaVelle Hendricks offering the eulogy. Visitation will begin at 1:00 P.M., prior to the service, at the church. Michael will be laid to rest at Memoryland Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Michael's honor to Wesley United Methodist Church or Baylor Scott & White Dallas Foundation.

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace. ~Numbers 6:24-26
