He was a member of the United States Army for 10 years, including deployment to Grenada. He worked as a truck driver and as the kitchen manager and cook for the Executive Inn in Vincennes, Indiana.
On March 6, 1997, Mike married Carol Weirich in Lawrenceville. They were happily married for 29 years.
Those left to honor his memory include: his wife- Carol Buell of Sumner; two daughters- Amanda Goins of Tennessee and Mellissa Curtis and husband Greg of Bicknell, Indiana; two sons- Christopher Adams and wife Amy of Bicknell, Indiana and Dennis Adams Jr. of Bicknell, Indiana; eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother- Steve Buell and partner Misty Shores; and two sisters-in-law- Andrea Weirich and Nita Adams and husband Gary.
Mike was preceded in death by: his parents- Caryl and Grace Buell; and two brothers- Tommy Buell and one in infancy.
