Michael Burgett Obituary
Michael proudly served in the United States Air Force. He completed basic training in Texas and was later stationed at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. Following his military service, he earned his bachelor's degree in business from Sangamon State University and worked as an Adjudicator for the State of Illinois.
Upon retirement, he moved to the Ozarks, where he enjoyed his favorite pastime, fishing. Other hobbies included reading and playing poker and shooting pool.
Michael was a private man who was known for his intelligence and sense of humor. Though he lived a quieter life in recent years, he remained in the hearts of those who loved him.
He is survived by his daughters, Courtney Wick and Haley Neibergall, and his grandson Atticus Neibergall.
In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated, and no formal services will be held.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hedges-Scott-Millard Funeral Homes, 514 Highway 42, Osage Beach, MO 65065 (573) 348-3232. Condolences may be left online for the family at www.hedgesscottmillard.com.
