Michael Charles "Mike" Burnidge

No words can describe the sorrow of losing a towering man of God who embodied Jesus in every aspect of his life. Mike had such a profound effect on every person he met, regardless of their status - saint, sinner, homeless, wealth, addicted, ignorant or brilliant, he always made a connection. He is the most amazing person I have ever met, along with is partner and wife, Mary. I just wish I could have one more conversation or meeting with him - he is so missed I couldn´t believe his time was so short! I keep asking God why? Why did you take him so soon? He had so much more to give us. While we can´t know the answer until we meet again, I can only pray Jesus will fill our hearts and ease our pain of his loss especially for his family. This giant Jesus will be in our hearts forever.
