Michael Cammarata

On August 23, 2024, Michael Cammarata died peacefully in Lutherville, Maryland. He was the beloved husband of the late Gertrude Cammarata (nee Bavota) and the devoted father of Michael L. Cammarata and his wife Joan, Robert A. Cammarata and his wife LeAnn, and Vincent D. Cammarata and his wife Jenny. He was the cherished grandfather of Carla Huebner and her husband Brian, Kelly Cammarata and Fabio Mura, and Leah Thompson and her husband Steven. Michael was the loving great grandfather of Savanah Stewart, John Michael Huebner and Brendan Stewart. He was pre-deceased by his siblings Anthony Cammarata, Anne Anello, Angelo Cammarata, Jack Cammarata, Mary Wood, Josephine Grimm, Lucy Davis, Nunzio Cammarata, and Louis Cammarata. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The Cammarata family will receive friends at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral home, Inc. 1050 York Road (Beltway exit 26) on Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 2PM-4PM and 6PM-8PM, where a prayer service will be held at 7:30PM. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, the family will appreciate memorial contributions in Michael Cammarata's name to the University of Maryland Marlene & Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center 22 S.
