Today, we are here to remember the bright, sparkling light that was Michael Isaiah Carranza! Born on August 7, 2014, in good old Goodyear, Arizona, Michael filled every moment of his life with joy and excitement. Just imagine a whirlwind of giggles and laughter; that was Michael!
Michael was not just an amazing young boy, but also a fantastic friend! He had a super special bond with his brother Richard. Oh boy, do we have some stories about those two! They shared countless adventures playing together, making each other laugh until they both rolled on the floor. Michael was always bursting with excitement, especially when it came to epic family vacations or going out to eat – he was a total foodie, especially when it came to Chicken Nuggets! Yum!
Michael loved music too, and Rock and Roll made him shake, rattle, and roll around the house in pure joy. If you were ever lucky enough to see him dancing, you know he brought the party wherever he went! Who could forget his unforgettable performances while singing his favorite songs and dancing like nobody was watching?
He also enjoyed spending time at “Uncle Bobby's” house and capturing memories through pictures and videos on Snap Chat. Watching movies with his family was another one of his favorite pastimes, and he even had a cozy collection of stuffed animals that made his heart happy.
Michael attended Marionneaux Elementary School from kindergarten to 4th grade in Buckeye Az where he made a best friend for life, Dalila! They created beautiful memories exploring learning and doing fun together.
His love for the color green made him stand out, just like his vibrant personality. Unfortunately, his journey ended far too early on July 4, 2025, in Buckeye, Arizona, as he bravely faced cancer but passed peacefully surrounded by all of his loving family.
Michael will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Teresa and Juan Carranza, along with his amazing brothers and sisters, Alyssa, Jasmin, Zakary, Jacqueline, Joana, Jocelyn, and of course, his beloved brother Richard. His loving grandparents, Jeanette Brown and Juan Carranza, will forever cherish the memories they made with him. He is now joining his grandfather Richard Brown, Uncle Joe Weiss, and Aunt Sue Weiss, who are surely welcoming him with open arms in a heaven filled with adventures.
His memory will sparkle brightly in our hearts forever, and we'll hold onto the fun-loving spirit that made Michael so special! Don’t forget to dance a little extra and sing a happy tune in remembrance of our dear Michael!
