Michael Scott Carrier, 51 of Watauga, passed away February 17, 2026 in North Richland Hills, Texas. He was born September 13, 1974 in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Michael was an amazing father, husband, little brother, and friend. He was a bit rough around the edges but did everything possible to care for his family. He loved his wife, daughter, and family more than anything. He had a great, but twisted, sense of humor and loved pinching/tickling the ones he loved until they cried uncle. Michael loved gaming and if you were his friend, he would help any way he could even giving you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He never met an animal he wouldn't care for or help.
He was truly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Treena C Carrier; and his wife, Jennifer M McCartan.
He is survived by his father, Robert H Carrier Jr.; his daughter, Cynthia (Brat) Burt; his sisters, Melissa D. Carrier and Athena L Donner; his "brother to another mother", Jim C. McKinzie; also, by his nephews, nieces, and his dogs, Oopie and Nixie.
Services to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
