Michael Chenery Obituary
He was born in Salem, MA on February 14, 1953, son of the late John and Dorothy (Ryan) Chenery.
Michael was educated in the Peabody school system and graduated from Peabody High School. He went on to work as a technician for the phone company for over 40 years.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, tropical vacations, hunting, fishing, storytelling, and was a fan of history and antique cars.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Mary Jo (McCarthy) Chenery, his children Sean Chenery and partner Jenna Deslaurier of Naples, ME, and Kathleen Chenery of Groveland as well as his brother Paul Chenery.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his calling hours of Monday May 26, 2025, from 2-4 pm in the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
