Michael Chimi Obituary
Beloved son of the late Joseph Chimi and Betty (Mayo) (Chimi) Figueredo. Loving brother of: Mary Chimi of Sandwich, MA; Carl Chimi and his wife Ginny Mazzei of Benton, PA; Jeanine Chimi of Saugus, MA; and Joe Chimi and his wife Tammy of Westfield, MA. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Michael graduated from Malden High School and then served in the U.S. Army. Michael was smart, handsome, funny and quiet. He was a good brother and a good friend, despite his many struggles in life. Now at peace without pain, illness, loneliness, or suffering, may he rest in peace and the most beautiful light.
A memorial service will take place on August 9, 2023 t 11:30 am at the Massachusetts National Cemetery on Connery Avenue in Bourne, MA. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Father Bill's Place, 38 Broad St, Quincy, MA 02169 who cared for Michael in difficult times.
