Michael Colleran Obituary
He was born in Quincy to Patricia (Finnigan) and Andrew Colleran and raised in Mansfield. He graduated from Mansfield High School and went on to earn his Bachelor's in Environmental Sciences at Framingham State.
Mike was natural born hockey player. He started the game playing youth hockey in Hyde Park, playing through college, and some of his closest friends through the game. He lived and breathed hockey and it was one of his life's greatest passions. Mike's easy-going nature and ability to have a good time, anytime, made him an absolute joy to be around.
Cherished son of Patricia and Andrew Colleran of Rockland. Loving brother to Andrew Colleran and his husband Ryan Schulteis of Boston and Jenna Colleran of Rockland. Beloved boyfriend of Delia Keegan of Rockland. Also survived by many cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday, July 18, from 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 19, at 10 AM in Keohane Funeral Home, Quincy. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.

To Coach Colleran & family,
I´m so sorry to hear of Mike´s passing. In the few times I got to share with him when I was younger he was either showing me how to be a better skater or making us all laugh with locker room banter. Just a great dude to be around and he´ll be missed by everyone he crossed paths with.

Andy, Patty, Andrew and Jenna,
We are extremely saddened to hear of Mike´s passing. Our thoughts are with you all. Mike was such a respectful young man and an amazing hockey player. He was one of my favorites and it was an honor to coach him. We hope fond memories will help you during this difficult time.
