Michael John Connell

Rest in the sweetest peace Cook. What a great guy Mr. Connell was. The best basketball coach and 6th grade teacher. One of the best, they don't make teachers like this anymore. Genuine, caring, great sense of humor. Lots of great memories playing basketball for him, teasing him on bus rides to and from games. He put up with a lot from high school girls but always did it with a smile and tons of patience. Cook, I hope you know what a great influence you had on me as a young teenager, you were really one of a kind and I feel blessed to have had the chance to be around you for the years I did.
