Michael Crement Obituary
6/21/1962 – 1/9/2022
Michael Crement was born on June 21, 1962 to Albert J. Crement and Joan Fazakes in Trenton, NJ, who predeceased him. He had two older brothers, Albert, and was predeceased by brother Mark. He was raised in a foster home by Bill and Barbara Werkheiser until he was 18 years old when he could go out on his own and make a life for himself. Michael was very independent and built a great life for himself despite his modest beginnnings, priding in his accomplishments and self-built life. He went to Dover Business College where he received his Associates degree, and worked at UPS, a job he was very proud of where he started as an entry level package handler and worked his way up to HR Manager. He spent most of his career in Manufacturing Supervisory/Management roles where he helped redesign workflow management systems, and received recognition for his innovative process improvements.
Michael passed away on Sunday, 1/9/2022 at the age of 59, following a brave and courageous battle with Covid 19 pneumonia. Michael leaves behind his beloved wife Colleen Milway of 18 years, and two daughters, Meghan Crement, 17 and Jamie Crement, 15, who were the pride and joy of his life, along with 5 dogs and 2 cats, which were also his passion. He was an avid outdoorsman and hunter, dog breeder/trainer, firearms collector, watch and antique car collector. His original titled 1969 AMX was also his pride and joy. Michael was an avid motocross, ATV, motorcycle rider and skier, and was an accomplished athlete in his youth, and he enjoyed sharing these passions with his daughters. He was an expert at practically everything he tried and could fix anything. He had only a few close friends, but those that were close to him were there for life, and were treated like brothers, especially Dr. Scott Nordstrom, who had been by his side through thick and thin. Michael lived his life with strong values and ethics, a sense of morality and right and wrong. It was his guiding beacon throughout his life.
