Hi, i am a student in Har-ber high school. I would like to let you know that I will think about him today. He sounded a little like me. A big kid, and kinda sensitive. I hope whoever reading this will have a great day.

I learned about your Michael on 9/11 2002 while watching the roll CNN. What a beautiful man. My Michael Davidson was born in 9/11 2001. In the morning. We heard the news on the radio in the delivery room. The timing is extraordinary.
My Michael, too, has a heart of gold. I feel your Michael guiding him, showing him the power of Good. I think of your Michael often.
My Michael is heading from Texas to the northeast this fall for college. I pray the guidance toward Good continues. ❤

I first met Mike in 1988, I was a senior at WHS and I met him through some other friends of mine. We all used to hang out together, and he was the sweetest, most sensitive person. I graduated in 1989 and moved to Texas. I thought of him over the years, as he had left an imprint on my heart. I have pictures of all of us together, and I look at the entry he made in my yearbook and I smile. I wish I could have known him as an adult, it seems by what I've read here, that he only became more wonderful as time went on. I lived in Westfield when 9/11 happened, and went to the memorial in town to honor Mike's memory. My most sincere, heartfelt condolences are with the Davidson family, today and always. I wish you all peace and comfort. I will keep Mike in my prayers always and will remember him with fondness, and of smile in my heart.

There is no way to describe you in words or the impact you have had on me. You are an all-around fantastic person! You taught me to forgive, to see good in everyone, to smile, to remember my roots, to cherish the moment, I learned so much from you and enjoyed all the time we spent together. I now realize that all those things you did helped me become a better person today and forever...I look at your face everyday on my computer and thank you Mike for everything you gave me, and I wish you could be here with us today!! God Bless you and your family.

I remember a time back at 18 College Ave when Mike started to get into lifting and I hadn’t touched the weights in a while. He looked at me and said Hey John what happened to you, you used to look good with your six-pack and everything, you inspired me to start lifting weights. Now whether this was actually true or not is besides the point, I’ve never even had a six pack, the point being that, that’s the type of person Mike was, he always tried to make you feel good about yourself and being around him was always uplifting. Unfortunately we didn’t spend much time together after college, which I regret everyday. But as I reflected upon Mike after 9-11 I realized that unlike people closer to him, loosing him wouldn’t change my every day life because it was very rare that we did get together, but then I realized that loosing him would change my life, because every day I want to live my life more like the person that he was and also to hold dear the friendships I have in life now. Mike, you inspired me to become a better person, a great person like yourself.

I met Mike through his brother Jeff (a former co-worker), they come to stay with me when I lived in Chicago. We spent the weekend laughing, enjoying the nightlife, going to baseball games. It is a fond memory to me. I have a picture of us all at a Milwaukee Brewers baseball game that I cherish. Mike was an incredible person - he was a BIG guy with a soft heart and could make you laugh!
My condolences to the family and loved ones of Mike - may he rest in peace....

I quiver. I shiver.
I am told the news.
I wonder why He chose you.
I walk the streets remembering you
No matter what they say,
it’s still the same.
Only you could fill the empty void
I know you’re okay and feel no pain,
But with each passing day
I say a prayer asking God to take care of you.
In our hearts is where you’ll stay,
Until we meet again in Heaven Someday

All this time has gone by and I still think of you everyday. Your picture is in my wallet right next to my little brother's who I tragically lost 2 months after you. I will forever be a better person for having known you. You taught me more about life in a few years than I could learn in a lifetime from others. God Bless you, your Mom, Jeff, and Dominique.
I promise you will never be forgotten.

Micheal, I'm not sure where to begin, but today i just learned of your passing, and I feel like i've just been punched in the stomach. We never really had the opportunity to know each other, but we're family....first cousins. It sounds like you were truly a great guy with a wonderful life, which no doubt surprises me. My prayers are with you and your family.

I met Michael the day I moved into 751 Harding Street. I happened to be riding my bicycle through Washington School and he just came right up and asked if I wanted to join in a game of capture the flag. He will always be the first person I met when we moved to Westfield, and the hardest thrower in our after school games of Indian Pin. Michael's family is in my prayers.

I am touched by his brother's trbute and the warmth presented--so many beautiful young men and women--so much heartache--as a mother of sons, i know the anquish his mother is going through--they are raised to be strong, and fearless, and we as mothers, know the little boy inside--God bless him, and his family

Mike and I were friends since we were 12. I guess I am bad at keeping in touch with people, because that made him my oldest friend, by far. The friendship continued because HE always made such an effort to keep in touch. He called me every single year on my birthday, no matter what. Even if I had moved, changed phone numbers, whatever, he found me and called. Every year. I missed that so much this year. I miss you, Mike. I think about you all the time. I still can't believe that you're gone, and I don't think I ever will be able to. I thought of YOU this year on your birthday! Clearly, you will never be forgotten.

Mike was the most genuine person you would ever want to meet. Affectionately known as Zucco to his Zeta Psi Fraternity brothers, he was the type of person you wanted to be around. He was the type of person that when he talked you wanted to listen, when he went out you wanted to be out with him, when times were bad he would always be there, and when times were good he would make them that much better. He brought so much to our lives by just being himself and for that I thank him. I Miss You Mike. You were always more than just a friend to me you were a brother in the truest sense of the word. I thank God everyday for having allowed me the opportunity to have known someone like you.
I know you're still running the show.
Love

Father we entrust our brother Michael to your mercy. You loved him greatly in this life: now that he is freed from all its cares, give him happiness and peace forever. Welcome him now into paradise where there will be no more sorrow, no more weeping or pain, but only peace and joy with Jesus your Son, and the Holy Spirit forever and ever.

I cannot describe the emptiness I get when I think of the loss of such a great guy with one of the best senses of humor and kind hearts I have ever met. Mike, the time we worked together at CF are some of the most memorable and funniest moments ever. I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in my life and you certainly are one the greatest sports I have ever met. In such a short period of time you sure have a lot to be proud of. I think of you everyday and I miss you.

I met Mike when I was maybe 16 in the center of Westfield. My friends and his friends hung out together. We would all meet in the center of town or at the Mc D's in Garwood and just hang out. As we all got older we went are separate ways but we would see each other here and there. The last time I saw Mike was a couple of years ago down the shore. The first thing he told me was "I have i girlfriend!" He was so happy to tell me that! I could tell this was the one by the way he said it!! My prayers are with you Dominique and the family. God Bless You!!

I was looking for my own name on a Google search and came across this site and your Michael Allen Davidson. This brought home your loss to me more than anything on the TV.
I lost my brother Matthew when he was 25 in the police force and have felt this terrible grief of wasted loss of life. My thoughts are with you.
Your Michael looked like a great guy, full of life and the sort of Yank I'd love to have a beer with.
Remember him well and I wish you firm and lasting memories.
Love and sympathy, God Bless

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
