Michael Ellis Obituary
He was born December 12, 1955 in Mecklenburg County to the late Mikey B Ellis and Jayne Frances White Collins.
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his four legged son, Zeus.
Michael devoted over 20 years to CC Dickson Company, now known as United Refrigeration Corporation. In his free time Michael enjoyed spending time at the beach or listening to music with his head phones in his man cave.
Michael was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Joy Hager Ellis, daughter Olivia Nicole Ellis (fiance Trever Wilson) grandson Matthew Ellis Dean Wilson and siblings; Pete Ellis (Carla) and Bryan Ellis (Kathy)
A special thank you to Scott Ellis for his weekly entertaining phone calls and a sincere thank you to Susan and Leslie with Novant Hospice.
A private memorial will be held in his honor.
