Michael Franchi, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2025.
Born in the Bronx, New York, to Fred and Virginia Franchi, Michael grew up with strong family values that shaped the caring, hardworking man he became. He built a beautiful life with his devoted wife, Valerie, and together they raised three wonderful children - Matthew, McKenze, and McKayla - who were the pride and joy of his life.
Michael was known for his generous spirit, his humor, and his unwavering love for his family. He was not only a great father and an amazing husband but also a cherished member of every community he touched.
A talented and passionate entrepreneur, Michael operated Andersen's Deli in Kings Park, New York, and The Omelet Shop in Cape Coral, Florida. His dedication to his craft, his customers, and his employees left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Michael is survived by his wife, Valerie; his children, Matthew, McKenze, and McKayla; his sister, Jean, his brother, Vincent, and his nieces and nephew, Danielle, Allison, and Jack. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he brightened.
A celebration of Michael's life will be held on Nov. 23, 2025, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and share stories of the love, laughter, and kindness he brought to so many.
