I had the pleasure of being in the same New Hire Claims class with Mike back in 2014. Mike was the consummate gentleman, intelligent, kind, always willing to help out...he had a wickedly dry sense of humor, a mischievous twinkle is his eye at times, and a very quiet demeanor. I will miss Mikes presence within Blue Cross, his contribution to Blue Cross was great his knowledge vast. As a human being....Mike had that covered with an excellence that very few EVER acquire. He quietly touched the lives of many with a quietness and calmness that He himself did not recognize. Again, Mike will be missed greatly.
