Jamie, McKenna & Landon,
We are so sorry for the loss of your husband and father. He was a truly incredible guy, and we always enjoyed visiting with him at the soccer field in Guthrie over the years when the kids played. Please know of our prayers for you during this difficult time.

My connection with Michael was not through coaching, but through the Lord and railroads. We met at SouthPointe Baptist Church in Guthrie, OK, where he attended with Jaime, McKenna and Landon.

During one of our conversations, he told me of some used RR ties available near Enid, OK. Later we arranged to meet there and he loaded several onto my trailer.

A bench on our patio is one of two made from those ties, a continuing reminder of Michael and his family. Rest in the Lord Brother.
