Knew Mike as a fellow Rotarian in Gardner who also was very involved with the Chamber. As noted in his obituary, Mike was All Gardner all the time. He was a great resource with a cutting wit, which always took me by surprise and gave the best laughs. You are already missed, Mike.

Michael and I worked together at the Gardner CETA Consortium in 1977-78. He welcomed me as an "outsider" from the Boston HQ. He was kind and thoughtful. My memories of Michael are all positive. He was a wonderful person.
