Michael A. Hayes

With great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Michael A. Hayes, 71, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Charlotte for 40 years. Mike is survived by his sister Cheryl Hayes, his nieces Hannah Phillips and Christina Micuiuda, nephew Andy Hayes, his brother-in-law Dick (Jeanette) Weinz and his sister-in-law Beth Weinz. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and many dear friends.

Mike was born on November 15, 1954. He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on July 16, 1971, at the age of 16. He began his Bethel service in 1973, and for the next 12 years he joyfully served his God Jehovah in full time service. He married the love of his life, his dear Charlotte, on March 30, 1985. Together they built their life around the worship of Jehovah.

Mike served as the Coordinator of the Body of Elders for some 20 years; first in the Menomonee Falls Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, and the in the Menomonee Park Congregation. He retired from his secular job almost 10 years ago and happily joined Charlotte in full-time ministry as a regular pioneer on September 1, 2016. Mike was active in his ministry right up to the end. He will be dearly missed by his fellow pioneers, his brothers who served as elders alongside him, the many dear friends in

the congregation, and his dear family.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at PEWAUKEE KINGDOM HALL OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, W 239N3600 Pewaukee Rd, Pewaukee, from 12:30-1:30PM, memorial talk 1:30PM.
