Michael Holub Obituary
Michael Holub Jr., age 61, of Neillsville, WI, passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side, on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, WI.
Michael Milton Holub Jr. was a New Year's baby, born on January 5, 1964 at the Memorial Medical Center in Neillsville, the son of Michael Sr. and Sherrie (Vajgrt) Holub. He attended the special education classes at Neillsville High School, and then enjoyed traveling with his family. Mikey would always want to ride "shotgun" on their trips all over the United States. His favorite place to visit was Alaska, he didn't want to leave, and he always wanted to go back. Mikey also enjoyed fishing, camping and bowling with his Mom, Dad, and sister, Michelle. Mike was a good bowler, earning gold and silver medals in the Special Olympic games.
Michael was a kind, loving, caring teddy-bear of a man, with a heart of gold. He will be dearly missed by his loving family.
He is survived by his parents, Mike and Sherrie Holub of Neillsville, his sister, Michelle Holub of Neillsville and many extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hazel and William Muir, and grandmother, Eleanor Vajgrt.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
