Condolences to Mike´s family. Mike was my team leader for almost 2 years. He was an awesome boss and had the best sense of humor. He loved his wife and kids and he also loved his dogs. no matter what the situation he always had time to talk, and listen to whatever was bothering you. he always made things better by the time the conversation was over.
