In memory of
Kathleen 'Klingenmaier' Vinson
December 17, 2023
Many years ago I used to work with Michael Hunt at SEI financial services. I remember seeing Michael at my church, Good Shepherd Lutheran church in Palos Heights, IL, from time to time. I never realized he was related to a member of my church. My condolences are sent to his wife Maria and children. Sorry for your loss.

"Mr Mike", as my kids have always called him, has been our neighbor for many years. He always could make us laugh with his funny jokes and quick sense of humor. Whether he was making jokes about his family, himself, or about his many trips to the store to find just the right item at just the right price, he always made us giggle. I will hold many memories of him close, but I will forever have the picture in my mind of "Mr Mike" sitting on his folding chair in the garage working something for his garden, cooking something on his smoker, or passing candy out to all the kids on Halloween. "Mr Mike" you will be missed -but we are thankful for all the times you made us laugh and smile! Sending lots of love to the Hunt family!

It's hard to pick a favorite memory - every one is filled with so much laughter... even the time he scared us at the window and Hannah almost called 911. I'll always remember him singing around the house and bringing joy to every room he was in. But, I guess if I had to pick just one, it would be that he always called me, Dino. ("Dean-o"). I've had a lot of nicknames, but that one was always my favorite. :)

We have such fond memories of Mike, Maria and the kids on Lakewood Circle. If there was an award for "best family" - you guys would win every time. Your house was a "home" to all. I am sure Mike is chasing Dusty all over heaven right now much like he did in our neighborhood. Wish we could be there in person and give you a big giant hug from the Bajeks. You will be in our thoughts. Love to you all.
